FAQ
Still have questions? The chat at the bottom right helps instantly.
Can the price change on site?
No. The calculator price is the final price. If size or condition differ significantly, we clarify this with you before we start.
Does the apartment need to be empty?
Yes. We can add clearance or furniture transport as a personal quote.
What if the landlord finds something?
We re-clean the flagged spots for free within 24 hours.
Can I deduct the cleaning from my taxes?
The labour share usually counts as a household service under § 35a EStG, if paid by bank transfer with an invoice. The tax office decides in each case.
